We’re hiring a Creative Strategist.

As Creative Strategist, you will take creative and strategic ownership of all things social content across our output. You will be an integral part in the growth of the Listen business, working to dissect briefs, originate ideas, write strategic plans, and produce social-first content.


  • Take leading role on developing social strategies across our output. To include:
    • Using analytical thinking to build strategic plans for all clients (brands, broadcasters, global platforms, talent agents, film studios, publishers and more)
    • Originating a content strategy plan and social creative ideas for Listen’s original content and all clients.
    • Take a leading role in the full pitch process. This includes understanding client briefs, writing content strategy, briefing internal teams, originating social creative, building presentations, and forming part of our team pitching to clients.
  • Produce social-first content for a variety of clients across genres, as well as for Listen’s original content.
  • Source, brief and project manage freelance multimedia producers to fulfil social content deliverables.
  • Lead internal and external best practice for all things social content – confidently presenting plans across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.
  • Lead internal and external ideation workshops.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Lives and breathes social and has a passion for podcasts.
  • Enjoys originating social-first creative ideas and executing them.
  • Has a passion for getting their teeth into a brief and pitching for new business.
  • Enjoys digging into audience insights and turning them into a succinct content strategy.
  • Has strong skills and experience in building presentation decks.
  • Has a black book of contacts of multimedia producers and self-shooting PDs.

£45,000-£55,000 dependent on experience.


We work under a hybrid model. This role will be split between working remotely and in our London-based office.
